          Innovative Basalt Fiber Tank Furnace Drawing Technology
Unlike most domestic and foreign enterprises that currently use crucible drawing or combination furnace drawing, their products have a large dispersion coefficient and unstable quality. Jumeisheng has broken through the six major bottlenecks in the industrial production of continuous basalt fibers both domestically and internationally, and has created new technologies for basalt fiber tank kiln drawing and 2400 hole large leakage plate drawing. A 3500 ton tank kiln production demonstration line has been established, successfully achieving stable and large-scale production of high-performance basalt continuous fibers, with a daily output of 12-15 tons per line.
